Caffeinate is a menu bar utility that keeps your computer from sleeping. Turn sleep prevention and the display on or off from the menu bar. While AI coding tools run long tasks, it lowers the chance that this computer falls asleep and stops the work; it does not manage remote servers, networks, or session timeouts. See apps preventing sleep, frequent apps, this week's usage, and power settings in one window. Even without the menu bar app, sleep prevention stays on while the app is open.
